Deleting your account

Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account.

What happens

In order:

1. Any active subscription is cancelled, so you are not billed again.

2. Your sessions, trades, journal notes, grades and tags are deleted.

3. Your saved chart layouts and drawings are deleted.

4. Your chart screenshots are deleted from storage.

5. Your login is removed.

This cannot be undone. There is no restore, and support cannot recover it afterwards. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead — that keeps your history readable.

Before you go

If there is any chance you will want your record later, open the Journal and press Export CSV first. That file is yours to keep, and it is the only copy that will exist.

Shared certificates

If you published a challenge certificate, take a moment to revoke it before deleting — otherwise the link stays public but can no longer be checked against your trades, and it will simply report that the record is gone.
