Last updated: 23 September 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how TradifyFX collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website and trading-simulation service.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact information, technical information about how you use the service, and information you choose to store in your simulated trading journal. We use this information to provide, secure and improve TradifyFX, communicate with you about your account, and comply with applicable law.
How we share and protect information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help operate TradifyFX, including payment, hosting and analytics partners, only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (account sign-in and database, EU region), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), OANDA (historical market data; no personal data is sent), Anthropic (the AI coaching feature, where used), Sentry (error monitoring, EU region) PostHog (product and website analytics, EU region), Framer (website hosting and cookie-free visit counts) and Google (website analytics, only if you allow it). Each is bound by contract to protect your data. Where a provider operates outside the UK or EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Analytics, session replay and error monitoring
The first time you use the app we ask whether we may use PostHog to see how the product is used. If you accept, PostHog records which features you use and replays of your sessions in which every typed field, email address, name and note is masked before it leaves your browser; you are identified by your account ID only. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent. You can bring the notice back at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Sentry error monitoring runs regardless: it sets no cookies, records only the technical details of a failure tagged with your account ID, and never includes your email address, name, IP address or trade notes. Keeping the product working is a legitimate interest.
Our website
On www.tradifyfx.com we count visits in two ways that store nothing on your device. Framer, which hosts the website, records page views without cookies, and PostHog counts visitors using an anonymous code that is calculated on its servers and changes every day, so no cookie or identifier is kept in your browser. Only with your permission, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the website is used: a banner asks you the first time you visit, and if you choose "No thanks" no Google Analytics cookie is set. To change your choice, clear this website’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
