Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 24 July 2026
TradifyFX is a training simulator. Every trade you place inside it is imaginary. Nothing here is financial advice, and results achieved in simulation do not predict results in live markets.
1. Trading is risky
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, commodities, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of more than your initial deposit. It is not suitable for everyone. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose, and seek independent advice from a properly authorised professional if you are unsure.
2. We are not advisers or a broker
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any equivalent body, because we do not provide regulated services. We do not execute trades, hold client money, or give personal recommendations. Any statistic, coaching comment, discipline score or automated insight in the Service is educational feedback on your own simulated behaviour not a recommendation to trade.
3. Why simulated results differ from real ones
This is the honest part, and it matters. Backtesting flatters traders for structural reasons:
Hindsight. Even with data hidden bar by bar, you know how that period broadly turned out.
Execution. We fill your orders at the historical price plus a typical spread when honest-mode costs are enabled. Real fills involve slippage, requotes, commissions, swap/overnight financing, and gaps that can jump straight past your stop.
Liquidity. Your simulated order never moves the market or goes unfilled.
Data. Historical prices come from a single provider, may contain gaps or revisions, and will differ from your own broker’s feed.
Psychology. The hardest part of trading is losing real money. No simulator reproduces that, and behaviour under real pressure is usually worse.
Selection. Testing a strategy repeatedly until it looks good on one historical period is a way to fool yourself, not to prove an edge.
4. Prop firm challenge simulations
Our prop-firm mode is a generic educational simulation of common evaluation rules such as profit targets, daily loss limits and maximum drawdown. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any proprietary trading firm. Passing a simulation in TradifyFX creates no relationship, funding, entitlement or guarantee with any firm, and their real rules, costs and conditions may differ.
5. Past performance
Past performance whether real or simulated is not a reliable indicator of future results. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight and does not involve financial risk, so no simulated record can completely account for the impact of real trading.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences. We accept no liability for losses arising from your use of the Service or from any decision you take in live markets. See our Terms of Service for the full position.
Use TradifyFX to build skill, process and discipline not to prove you will make money.
