Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradifyFX (the “Service”), a trading-simulation and journaling platform operated by TradifyFX, a company registered in United Kingdom, registered office 112A Shrubland road, E8 4NH (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What TradifyFX is — and is not
TradifyFX lets you replay historical market data and place simulated trades against it, then review the results. Everything in the Service is a simulation using imaginary money.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or financial institution.
We do not execute real orders and never hold your money for trading.
We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Features that simulate proprietary-trading-firm evaluations are generic educational simulations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm, and passing a simulation in TradifyFX grants no entitlement with any third party.

2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tradifyfx.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Subscriptions, trial and payment
Paid plans are US$19.99 per month or US$199 per year. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction charges. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the first payment is taken.
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused time. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. By starting the Service immediately you ask us to begin during that period, and you acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the Service has been fully performed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its market data;
attempt to extract, scrape or bulk-download market data, or use the Service to build a competing product;
reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass access controls or usage limits;
upload unlawful content, or use the Service to mislead others — including presenting simulated results as real trading performance;
disrupt the Service or place unreasonable load on it.
5. Market data and third-party components
Historical price data is supplied by third parties (currently OANDA) and charting is provided under licence by TradingView. That data and software remain the property of their owners and are licensed to us, not to you. Data may contain gaps, errors or revisions and may differ from prices at your own broker. We provide it “as is” for simulation and study only.
6. Your content and our platform
Your trades, notes, grades, screenshots and settings belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you. You can export your trades at any time from the Journal and delete everything by deleting your account.
The Service itself — software, design, text and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or technical reasons, and we may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period that remains unused.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Where practical we will warn you first.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any trading losses. Results achieved in simulation do not predict real results, and any decision you take in live markets is yours alone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [ENGLAND AND WALES], and the courts of [ENGLAND AND WALES] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
