Confirmation emails, passwords and Google sign-in.
Did you confirm your email?
If you signed up with an email address, we sent a confirmation link. You cannot sign in until you click it.
Check your spam folder — it is almost always there.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.
Signed up with Google
If you created your account with Continue with Google, you do not have a password with us — keep using the Google button.
Still stuck
Email support@tradifyfx.com from the address you signed up with, and say roughly when you created the account.
Never send anyone your password, including us. We will never ask for it and we do not need it.
