For reviewing, yes. For backtesting, use a bigger screen.
Partly, and we would rather be straight about it.
Works well on a phone: your journal, analytics, calendar, reports and dashboard. Reviewing your record on the train is a perfectly good use of ten minutes.
Wants a real screen: the replay itself. Backtesting means a chart, a drawing toolbar, an order ticket and a positions panel at the same time, and a phone cannot give all four enough room to be useful.
A laptop, desktop or large tablet is the right tool for the sessions themselves.
