The usual explanations — and how to report a real one.
Please report these. A wrong number never throws an error, so unless someone tells us, we do not know.
Before you do, three things explain most of them.
1. Check the strategy filter
Home, Dashboard, Analytics and Journal all share a strategy filter. If it is set to one strategy, you are seeing only that strategy — which is usually what you want, and occasionally a surprise.
2. Periods run from your last trade, not from today
“This week” means the week around your most recent trade, not the current calendar week.
This is deliberate. If you spent last night replaying March 2024, a real-world calendar would report zero trades this week, which is useless. Home tells you which date it is counting up to.
3. Days are grouped by your timezone
The calendar and the day-based statistics use the timezone in Settings → Account. If it is not set to yours, day boundaries will not match how you think about your trading day.
Reporting it
Use Report a problem in the account menu and include:
The page and the number
What you expected instead
The strategy and date range you had selected
That is normally enough for us to reproduce it exactly.
