Two clicks, no phone call.
Settings → Subscription → Manage billing.
That opens the secure payment portal, where you can cancel, change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or download invoices.
There is no retention process and nobody to talk to. It is a button.
What happens next
You keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out. You are not charged again.
After that you can still read everything — see What happens to my data if I cancel?.
If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged at all.
