Affiliate Terms

These terms govern the TradifyFX affiliate programme (the Programme), operated by TradifyFX, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 112A Shrubland Road, London, E8 4NH (we, us). By applying to the Programme you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining the Programme

Anyone aged 18 or over may apply. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion, and we may remove an affiliate from the Programme at any time if these terms are breached. Approval is based on the fit between your audience and TradifyFX, not on audience size.

2. Commission

You earn 30% of each payment we actually receive from a customer you referred, for as long as that customer remains subscribed. Commission is calculated on the amount received after any discounts, taxes and payment-processing fees, and is stated and paid in US dollars.

A commission becomes confirmed once the referred customer’s free trial has converted into a paid subscription and the payment has cleared. No commission is earned on trials that cancel before paying, on payments that are refunded or charged back, or on payments we are unable to collect. Where a payment is later refunded or reversed, the related commission is reversed.

3. How referrals are tracked

Referrals are tracked through the unique link issued to you. A customer is attributed to you if they subscribe within 90 days of clicking your link and no other affiliate link was clicked more recently. Customers who already hold a TradifyFX account are not eligible as new referrals. You may not refer yourself, your own household, or accounts you control, and any such commission will be removed.

4. Payment

Confirmed commission is paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once your confirmed balance reaches 50 US dollars. Balances below that amount roll over to the following month. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any tax due on commission you receive.

5. How you may promote TradifyFX

You must describe TradifyFX accurately: it is a market simulator and backtesting tool. Nothing on TradifyFX involves real money, and it is not investment advice, a broker, a signal service or a proprietary trading firm. You must not state or imply that using TradifyFX will produce trading profits, pass a prop-firm challenge, or deliver any particular result, and you must not present TradifyFX as affiliated with or endorsed by any prop firm or broker.

You must clearly disclose that you may earn commission from links you share, in line with the UK CAP Code and any equivalent rules where your audience is based (for example, by marking content as an advertisement or affiliate link). You must not send unsolicited messages, use misleading or deceptive advertising, run paid search advertising on the TradifyFX name or close variations of it, register domain names or social handles that include TradifyFX, or present yourself as TradifyFX.

You may use the logos, screenshots and clips we provide, unaltered except for cropping. You may not modify our trademarks or create your own versions of them.

6. Ending your participation

You may leave the Programme at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time for breach of these terms, for conduct that in our reasonable view could damage TradifyFX or mislead customers, or if the Programme is discontinued. Confirmed commission that is unpaid at that point will still be paid, unless it was earned in breach of these terms.

7. Changes

We may change these terms, including the commission rate, by giving at least 30 days notice by email. Changes do not reduce commission already confirmed.

8. Liability and law

We are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from the Programme. Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the commission owed to you at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
